Painting commissions are individually priced based on size request, cost of materials, and complexity of the design. Send an email to inquiries@ellendoss.com to inquire about a commission request and receive more specific information on pricing.

Please note that for all painting commissions, an immediate 15% deposit will be required to confirm the booking and begin work. The remaining amount can be divided into two payments.

  1. Deposit: 15% of entire commission price, required immediately upon booking, this covers initial cost of materials and time spent on design

  2. First Payment: Due before 50% completion mark, work will not continue past 50% mark until payment is made

  3. Second Payment: Due at the time of 100% completion, work will not be delivered to collector until amount due is paid in full

  4. Late fees: A late fee of 5% will be charged each time a payment is made beyond its due date

  • 30 minutes + 10 edited photos = $100

  • 60 minutes + 20 edited photos = $200

  • 90 minutes + 30 edited photos = $300

  • 2 hours + 40 edited photos = $400

  1. Book a portrait photo shoot with me

  2. Select your favorite portrait from the shoot

  3. I will paint or draw the portrait in the size and medium of your choice

  4. Both the photo session and the painting/drawing will be quoted at reduced rates as a commission bundle

  5. This works for both people or for pets!
